Genea Egg freezing

Genea provides a unique and simplified process for medical and non-medical egg freezing. With more than 30 years of experience in fertility treatment and the creation of the first high-end frozen egg clinic in Australia, Genea (Thailand) understands women’s psychology of freezing eggs for later use and is always ready to provide world class service and technology to patients.

The egg freezing process is a relatively simple fertility treatment. After the pre-treatment check is over, we will arrange a fertility specialist to receive you, and the specialist will create your personalized treatment plan. We also provide consulting services to determine whether the program is suitable for you. We then proceed to stimulate ovulation, collect eggs, quickly freeze and store them with ice crystals. The following will explain the process further.

Pre-treatment check
First, you will do three key tests – two blood tests and one ultrasound. Then, our fertility specialist will receive you and develop your customized treatment plan.

Ovulation
In about ten days, we stimulate the ovaries by self-injection. You will also need to have morning blood tests and ultrasound tests so that we can monitor the effectiveness of the medicine.

Egg collection
Next, you need to have a 10 to 20 minutes outpatient Day surgery, and we will collect your eggs.
Although the operation time is very short, we suggest you take plenty of rest the day after the operation.

Quick freezing and storage of ice crystals
Then use the latest freezing technology (Genea’s exclusive freezing system Gavi®) to freeze your eggs using standardized automation, and then we will store your eggs safely for you to use when needed.
